If a part is defective or breaks, or you are simply not satisfied for any reason, I will replace and pay the shipping OR refund the purchase price (excluding the original shipping costs.) No questions asked, you keep the product. I may follow-up with more questions if the part is defective or broken allowing me to address the quality issue and prevent recurrence of the same issue in the future.
If I am unable to continue the business due to inability to continue 3D printing, I will notify all customers and publish the print files to open source. This will provide customers an avenue to replace products and parts through a 3D printing service.
